About Me.
Simon O'Neill.
With recruitment experience at Lloyds Register, Meridian Business Support, Elite Care 24/7, 3D Personnel, Interserve, Randstad Sourceright and Compass Group UK & Ireland, I've partnered with clients and candidates across a wide range of industries — enough to know a good hire is about more than what's on the CV.
I founded JamSim because executive recruitment had become too transactional. Too many candidates felt like CVs. Too many clients were rushed into hiring. I wanted conversations before placements, honesty before commission, and relationships that last.
Outside work, you'll find me baking — my banana cake has a loyal following — or on the sidelines scouting talent in women's football. Spotting potential and helping people go further is what I do, on and off the clock.
